The Lean Manufacturing Engineer will support the Plant leadership to identify and improve the outcomes of manufacturing and operational processes to improve efficiencies, reduce cost and increase customer satisfaction. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Identify and facilitate process improvement projects and kaizens to reduce waste, meet customer demand at best in class lead-time, improve inventory management, reduce scrap and rework, deliver direct labor cost savings, and improve equipment reliability and output. Lead continuous improvement initiatives and teams, interacting with all levels of the organization and enabling employee engagement. Conduct training to drive cultural change through learn by doing exercises and workshops Conduct advanced data collection and analysis for value stream mapping, process mapping, and root cause analysis.
