Hudson Valley Credit Union is currently recruiting for a Director HR Operations and HRIS. Primary Function: Lead the strategic and operational delivery of HR services and systems. Ensure efficient and scalable HR operations while driving digital transformation through HRIS platforms. The ideal candidate is both a process optimizer and a tech-savvy leader who can align people, systems, and data to support business growth. Responsibilities Lead core HR service delivery including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and compliance. Develop and implement standardized HR processes and service-level agreements (SLAs). Ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant with local, state, and federal regulations. Partner with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Relations to streamline operations. Oversee the strategy, implementation, and optimization of HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP, iCIMS, Kronos, Cornerstone). Ensure data integrity, privacy, and security across all HR systems.
