Required Qualifications (as evidenced by an attached resume):Bachelor's Degree (foreign equivalent or higher). Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. Demonstrated ability to use Google applications such as Docs, Sheets, Calendar. Strong customer service experience in a related customer-focused field (hospitality, education support). Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a library (academic or public). Experience with integrated library system or library services platform (like Sierra or Alma). Brief Description of Duties:This position oversees and participates in the oversight of operations, stacks maintenance and delivery operations for the Southampton campus library as well as other libraries, to be assigned as needed for University Libraries operations.
