The Quality Resident Engineer serves as the customer's on-site representative, ensuring satisfaction through technical support, issue resolution, and open communication between Intervention Site and the customer. Build strong relationships, address production problems promptly, suggest improvements, and provide regular updates on claims to maintain trust and credibility.\n. May Report to\n.
