: Job Details :

Lead the development of custom equipment, systems, and processes from concept through to operational deployment. - Design and prototype innovative tools and technologies to support biological, chemical, and formulation research. - Conduct experimental evaluations to validate design concepts and system performance. - Oversee CAD design, fabrication, and assembly of prototype equipment with internal and external partners. - Provide engineering calculations, system sizing, and technical specifications to support project planning. - Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including scientists, engineers, and external vendors, to ensure project alignment with research goals. - Support internal equipment deployment and provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for R&D operations. - Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders across technical and non-technical backgrounds.
