This position is responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and equipment in cooperative buildings and facilities. This includes the analyses of operational processes, energy usage, and safety processes, as well as, planning, developing, and implementing improvements on new and existing facilities. This position is expected to mentor and develop maintenance technicians in the preventive and corrective maintenance of all facility systems. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform specialized preventative and corrective maintenance on-site to critical facility components and/or systems. Perform analyses of operational processes, resource allocation, energy use, and safety processes, and recommend and implement improvements. Operates, monitors, and maintains utilities, including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, UPS systems, chiller plants, water treatment systems and backup generators.
