: Job Details :

Evaluate new item/parts or our products for feasibility in respect to use, handling, servicing, maintaining, function and practicality. Assist Technical Service Support and Product Management departments in finding alternatives and solutions to problems. Assist in inspecting and evaluating defective items returned under warranty. Instruct and support the. Training Department for Kaeser service and maintenance schools. Assist with performing compressor performance test in the field and in-house. Provide technical assistance to Branches, Distributors and customers as required. Provide telephone and email troubleshooting support to the Technical Service Support department. Extensive travel to the jobsite - 30% or more Required Qualifications. The successful candidate's background will include: High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
