Evaluates, administers, and directs administration of therapeutic procedures utilized in physical therapy and rehabilitation as prescribed by a referring physician. Establishes goals of physical therapy and performs reassessments on patient's progress at regular timely intervals, supporting findings with written documentation. Collaborates with inter-disciplinary team to improve patients' outcomes while respecting patients' privacy and rights.
