Responsible for the strategic leadership of Natural Gas Operations, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and safety. Builds strong relationships with employees, customers, leaders, and regulatory agencies. Oversees all aspects of gas operations including engineering, construction, maintenance, measurement, program management and compliance. Fosters a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Plans and directs the overall operation of the Natural Gas business unit towards the realization of annually planned and strategic goals. Collaborates on proactive strategies for gas opportunities throughout Avista's service territory. Leads Avista's gas engineering, operations, capital delivery programs and compliance functions. Ensures that Avista operates within the state and federal gas regulatory frameworks and that the company meets published requirements.
