Under the direction of the Customer Care Specialist, the Customer Care Coordinator will offer strong inbound customer support to answer questions of customers and provide the Specialist with feedback. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Handles inbound and outbound telephone calls for marketing and customer service. Process phone payments. Will clearly communicate with the Specialist to determine customer needs. Create a positive experience through active listening and high energy customer care. Set up and maintain accurate account information. Contribute to additional customer service-related activities such as direct mail fulfillment. OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS Follows GROWMARKs Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.
