Omnicell is establishing an internal task force to solve high-stakes business challenges and drive strategic initiatives across the organization. This task force operates like an internal consulting firm, engaging deeply with executives and cross-functional teams to deliver clarity, momentum, and results where theyre needed most. Its mandate is to accelerate progress on company-defining initiativesfrom organizational transformation to business model shifts, product pivots, and everything in between.
