WHO WE ARE - Crown Financial Services (CFS) provides financial shared services to Hallmark and its subsidiaries, all of whom are internal customers. Services include Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Business Expense, and Payroll. Accuracy, reliability, problem solving, process improvements and efficiencies, and a focus on customer service are critical to our success. The credit representative role is part of Accounts Receivable and is a critical liaison between Hallmark and our retail customers. WHAT THIS ROLE ENTAILS AND HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE - As a Credit Representative, you will be assigned a group of retail customers and are responsible for collections, deduction management, invoice error resolution, and order review/approval. Externally you'll interact with business owners and accounts payable personnel. Internally you will engage with IT, Sales, and Customer Care.
