Provide direct patient care in an outpatient primary care setting, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management. Perform physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and manage treatment plans in accordance with established protocols. Participate in and help supervise Quality Improvement (QI) and Performance Improvement (PI) initiatives under the guidance of the Medical Director. Maintain a consistent patient caseload in line with organizational productivity and quality standards. Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care. Accurately document patient visits, treatment plans, and follow-ups using the electronic health record (EHR) system. Refer patients to appropriate specialty and ancillary services as needed.
