The position functions as the Chief Financial Officer for the Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) having full responsibility for the organization and supervision of DMV's fiscal and budget operations, internal audit operations, purchasing and procurement, contract administration and Federal grants administration, as well as other support service and data functions. This position works independently to solve complex business problems requiring a considerable amount of knowledge relating to DMV's fiscal, budget, and business processes and reports directly to the Deputy Commissioner. The purpose of this position is to provide direction to professional, managerial and support staff within Business Operations in support of the delivery of services for all of DMV.
