#x 9; Provide technical support for tax/accounting software. Assist customers via phone or email, troubleshooting and resolving issues. Log results in the ticketing system and escalate when needed. Work with team members to deliver excellent customer service. Qualifications: Must have HS or GED completed 6 months experience in Help Desk, Call Center, or Customer Support. Comfortable with phone-based customer interactions. Computer literate (PC, Microsoft Office). Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish. Familiarity with CCH Pro System fx and CCH Axcess Tax is a plus. Background checks required, including employment, Professional reference and academic verification. Schedule & Training: Paid training from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET for 3-4 weeks. After training, shifts may fall between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM ET, with occasional weekends. Flexibility for evening and weekend shifts during peak seasons.
