Plant Manager

Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, logistics, and safety. Develop and implement production schedules and ensure output aligns with company goals and customer demand. Lead and mentor department managers, supervisors, and plant staff to promote a high-performance culture. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.). Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other methodologies. Manage plant budgets, monitor KPIs, and control costs to maximize efficiency and profitability. Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and quality departments to streamline operations and resolve production issues. Maintain compliance with automotive industry standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, etc.). Foster a safe, inclusive, and team-oriented work environment.
