Electrical Assembler Technician

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Wire and build electrical control panels, junction boxes and subassemblies per customer requirement. Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, bills of material. Drill or tap holes to mount control units or to provide openings for components, wiring, or instruments. Utilize a variety of small hand tools such as wire strippers, crimpers, wrenches, screwdrivers, and pliers. Complete point-to-point wiring, and install a wide variety of electronic components including PLCs, relays, lights, switches, etc. Red-line documentation as necessary to initiate EC - Os through Engineering. Perform operations such as deburring, grinding & sawing. Operate hand pallet jacks to move material within plant. Install finished assemblies or subassemblies in cases and cabinets. Willingness to work overtime as needed. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Minimum of a High School Education.
