Teaching assistants will support and attend the mathematics co-requisite courses, run advanced mathematics lab sections, and provide tutoring for 100-level mathematics courses. Essential Duties & Responsibilities - Provide professional teaching assistance for mathematics co-requisite courses of MATH 112, College Algebra, and MATH 135, Introduction to Statistics - Teach the lab sections of calculus courses - Provide professional teaching assistance and tutoring for 100-level mathematics courses in the mathematics tutoring lab - Supervise student tutor Qualifications - BA or BS in Mathematics or Mathematics Education required; MA or MS Mathematics or Mathematics Education preferred - Some teaching and/or tutoring experience preferred - Familiarity with My.
