Eaton Corporations Electrical Sector is seeking a District Sales Director covering Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska and Iowa. Reporting to the Vice President Sales, Central Region you will lead all sales activities to achieve performance goals in accordance with marketing and sales plans. You will have an opportunity to direct a team of 30 members, through 7 direct reports across the Heartland district with direct ownership of a $200 M revenue business. You will lead, mentor, and develop the team championing their success in customer relationship management while achieving market gains and supporting strategic initiatives throughout the district.
