Electrical Engineer
: Job Details :

Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems for plastic processing equipment (e.g., extruders, injection molders, blow molders). Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in machinery, including PLCs, VF - Ds, servo motors, transducers, and control panels. Collaborate with mechanical and process engineers to integrate electrical systems into manufacturing workflows. Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. Support automation and control system upgrades to improve efficiency and reduce downtime. Maintain accurate documentation including schematics, wiring diagrams, and maintenance logs. Lead or assist in installation and commissioning of new equipment. Analyze data to identify trends and recommend preventive maintenance strategies. Organize visits and communication with outside vendors. Lead electrical safety initiatives. Create and read schematics.
