Mechanical Engineer
: Job Details :

Design and improve mechanical systems for plastic processing equipment (e.g., injection molders, extruders, thermoforms). Conduct root cause analysis and resolve mechanical issues affecting production. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical solutions into manufacturing processes. Develop and maintain technical documentation including CAD drawings, SOPs, and maintenance procedures. Support installation, commissioning, and validation of new machinery. Perform mechanical testing and simulations to validate designs and ensure performance standards. Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs for mechanical systems. Identify opportunities for cost reduction, energy efficiency, and process improvement. Communicate with customers and all levels of the organization. Create and read schematics. Perform/ Lead Mechanical operations and testing. Organize visits and communication with outside vendors.
