: Job Details :

(including but not limited to): 1. Performs routine patient transport between nursing units, diagnostic areas, doctors' suites, morgue, and other areas of the hospital 2. Performs transport of blood and other specimens on both a Stat and routine basis. 3. Delivers patient equipment, various supply items, and audiovisual equipment, and exchanges various gas tanks and other items as needed .. Receives direction from Transport Supervisor, Dispatcher, or designee .. Ensure all equipment: stretchers, and wheelchairs are properly stored after each use .. Ensures all linen is removed and 02 bottles are secured after each use .. Ensures that all stretcher pads and wheelchairs are disinfected before and after a patient who is on precautions ..
