Responsible for developing, defining, communicating and executing supply chain strategies and capabilities. Lead global, multi-function teams to support supply chain objectives based on business plans. Coordinate supply, manufacturing and delivery systems to ensure the optimization of customer service, cost, inventories, quality, cycle time and delivery. Develop the logistics and distribution strategy to ensure customer needs are met within cost and working capital standards. Establishment and management of supply chain/logistics management policies and procedures. Accountability and ownership for the Sales and Operations Planning process (Si. OP) and the effective management of the master production planning and scheduling process. Oversight of supply planning and ensuring demand is met. Implement robust, best practices through active participation in the SIOP process.
