The Nursing Supervisor assesses, plans, directs, and evaluates the delivery of nursing care for shifts in the absence of the Nurse Manager. Acts as the administrative representative of the hospital during the off shifts and weekends. Embodies the Memorial Health System Performance Excellence Standards of Safety, Quality, Integrity and Stewardship that support our mission, vision and values. Qualifications Education: - Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred. Licensure/ Certification/ Registry: - Current RN licensure in the State of Illinois - Certified in CPR or completes certification during Nursing Team Onboarding. Experience: - Three to five years of recent clinical experience. Other Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities: - Demonstrates leadership abilities. - Demonstrates good communication skills.
