We are seeking a Pump Mechanic for assignment in Liberal, Kansas. The selected candidate will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on water/wastewater treatment plants and related facilities equipment on an assigned shift. Hours are Monday - Friday, 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm - - This is a 2nd Shift position - - - - This position has a pay rate of $24/hr - - - - Experience in the maintenance and repair of pumps, motors, electrical and mechanical equipment is required - - Responsibilities - Perform scheduled maintenance on wastewater and water plant equipment, piping, electrical components and structures- Assist in repair and/or replacement of water and wastewater plant motors, pumps and associated equipment- Assist electrician in repair and/or replacement of electrical motors, panels and components- Correctly diagnose equipment failure problems and be able to instigate proper repair procedures- Work within confined spaces such as sewage/water equipment tanks- Operate and maintain equ...2nd Shift, Mechanic, Motors, Wastewater, Mechanical, Equipment, Manufacturing, Automotive
