Job Profile Summary. The FSQA Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the FSQA Department including the FSQA Analysts and Technicians on all shifts and assists the QA Manager in ensuring all food safety and quality programs are accomplished in a thorough and timely manner. The FSQA Supervisor also completes special projects as assigned by the plant FSQA Manager. Job Description:Verification of the Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures. Verification of HACCP Programs for the plant. Supervise and assist FSQA Technicians in their daily duties. Manage and document daily product slicing. Ensure Label Requirements are met for all bags and boxes. Administer the Micro and Environmental Programs. Review and monitor all in Plant Programs relating to FSQA. Cover for the FSQA Manager in his/her absence. Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience.
