Morehead State University is accepting applications for a full-time position as a Mental Health Counselor (CDPVTC) at the Carl D. Perkins Vocational Training Center located in Thelma, Kentucky. RESPONSIBILITIES: The Mental Health Counselor provides direct counseling services to individuals, couples, and groups at the Carl D. Perkins Vocational Training Center (CDPVTC) in Thelma, Kentucky. Will provide outreach services, such as educational programming, faculty/staff consultations, and proactive prevention programs to promote increased student awareness of self-help skills and resources. REQUIREMENTS: Masters degree in clinical or counseling psychology, social work, or professional counseling with state certification or licensure, or eligibility for certification/licensure.
