Collaborate with department leaders to identify and prioritize report requests and data platform enhancement needs. Develop a strategy for data collection, relevant reports, analytics and establish review process. Communicate effectively with all levels of management Research all the available and usable tools within the company and utilize such tools to the fullest within Premier PV Identify and establish SPC program within the factory for critical to quality processes Monitor quality performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques Resolve and/or facilitate resolution of problems including identifying cause to prevent re-occurrence. Identify and resolve business issues, escalate issues when appropriate.
