ACCOUNTABILITY: The Tooling Engineer will report to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager and will be responsible for directing and coordinating tooling operations to include internal and external tooling repair, PM execution and spare part inventory. Manage NPD, product launches, design and implementation of operational tooling projects, and provide technical expertise enhancing existing designs. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Directs and coordinates tooling operations to include internal and external tooling repair, PM execution and spare part inventory Lead tool review meetings to ensure alignment on tool design prior to kick-off. Continuous improvement and sustainability of tooling, equipment and processes within the operations team Develops and maintains a preventive maintenance strategy to track the status of and ensure the maintenance of new tools.
