NOW HIRING: Compliance & Care Review Social Worker - Onsite - Philadelphia - 13-week contract with possibility to extend - Location: Philadelphia, PA - Pay Rate: $24.00/hour. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (30-min lunch) Position Overview: We are seeking a Social Worker to join our team at a State-assisted veterans home. The role focuses on ensuring residents receive quality care and services that meet both State and Federal guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Complete MDS assessments quarterly and as needed. Perform admission assessments for new residents. Provide support through on-site monitoring reviews of long-term living service providers. Review documentation and meet with consumers and stakeholders to evaluate service quality. Monitor issues related to medical and financial eligibility of residents. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Social Work (BSW) required. Minimum 2 years of experience performing MDS assessments and admissions.
