Seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to provide leadership, direction, and management, with overall accountability for IT Quality Assurance teams across insurance and assigned business lines. This role includes overseeing a team of consultants and leading the Quality Assurance team through a process-driven methodology to achieve project goals while adhering to QA standards and practices. Responsibilities: Lead several IT Quality Assurance teams through a clearly defined process-driven methodology to ensure project goals, QA standards, and internal best practices are routinely and meticulously followed. Partner with Business and Development teams to review business / technical requirements and guides and assists QA testers in generating comprehensive test strategy, plans, impact analysis and test cases for effective assurance and testing functions.
