Performs routine unskilled and semi-skilled manual work in custodian and labor activities. Work is performed within established procedures under both written and verbal instructions. Responsible for cleaning break rooms, restrooms, windows, and any other task assigned. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Sweeps, mops, clean windows, dust, take out trash, clean bathrooms. This duty is performed daily, about 25% of the time. 2. Move furniture, partitions, equipment, communications cabling, and other items as necessary to clean floors. This duty is performed daily, about 10% of the time. 3. Operates floor care machinery including but not limited to vacuums, and extractors. This duty is performed daily, about 15% of the time. 4.
