Reporting to the Vice President, PHSO Strategy and New Program Development, the Director, Population Health Strategy and New Program Development drives Population Health Services Organization's strategy, builds business cases and financial models for new programmatic initiatives, collaborates effectively with key stakeholders to design and build new programs, partners to evaluate the effectiveness of new programs, scale programs, manages complex projects, and ensures timelines are met. Excellent communication and facilitation skills with complex stakeholders and meetings. Qualifications. Responsibilities:Support formulation of PHSO strategy and execution. Work with Finance, Strategy, and Operations teams to set performance targets for each initiative.
