Field Support & Assistance - Assist in coordinating and supporting field operations on multiple Tenant Improvement (TI) projects under supervision, helping ensure alignment with project goals. Schedule & Budget Tracking - Help maintain project schedules and monitor costs, escalating any concerns to senior team members to support on-time, on-budget delivery. Compliance Awareness - Learn and assist with ensuring adherence to building codes, tenant requirements, and site safety protocols specific to TI projects. Subcontractor & Crew Coordination Support - Support communication and coordination with subcontractors, trade partners, and field crews to help maintain productivity and quality. Quality Observation - Assist in monitoring construction activities to ensure work meets specifications, design intent, and client standards, reporting any issues promptly.
