Guide all aspects of day-to-day warehouse operations encompassing inbound, outbound and supporting departments. Cultivate and empower a dedicated team of 300 warehouse employees, ensuring unparalleled customer service and same-day shipping. Uphold exceptional levels of accuracy, safety and performance in daily warehouse functions. Minimum Requirements. Bachelors degree . years of management experience in high-volume distribution centers, including recruitment and motivation of a 200 employee team. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Experience with performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus. MUST be available to travel for an extended period for initial training at Uline's other North American locations. Benefits.
