Champion a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement in compliance with aerospace industry regulations and company policies. Serve as a change agent by coaching, training, and engaging all organizational levels to foster lean culture and continuous improvement. Develop, deliver, and lead training, certification programs, and lean events to enhance Lean/ Six Sigma capabilities and achieve CI objectives. Facilitate problem solving and mentor project leaders in applying Lean/ Six Sigma methodologies and tools across operations. Evaluate and improve manufacturing practices using lean line design principles, visual management standards, and 5 S workplace organization. Establish, track, and analyze KPIs to monitor lean maturity, process performance, and support new product introductions and process changes. Apply data-driven principles and implement digital tools to develop and execute continuous improvement roadmaps that maximize operational performance.
