Mission Contribution: Maximize profitability through world class customer service and efficiently processing quality items. Summary: Under the direct supervision of the Store Manager or designee is responsible for sorting of apparel and soft line goods into salable or salvage categories. Selection of salable goods must meet quality standards while maintaining quantity of apparel inventory. Minimum Qualifications: Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally. Ability to perform basic math skills. Must be able to work independently. Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with managers, team members, customers, and donors. Ability to work within a team situation. Ability to maintain a positive, friendly attitude and a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance.
