Act as the strategic analytics partner for HR professionals and cross company executives to uncover people related insights Build robust, self-serve dashboards, reports, models and alerts to track metrics across the People data and enable self-serve people related decisions and processes Conduct deep dive analysis to uncover trends in our workforce and proactively suggest ways forward Embrace process improvements and automation by championing new analytics tools, capabilities and use of AI Work with stakeholders across the company to continuously improve our output based on business needs Proactively grow the use of data within the People organization Conduct data audits and validations Who you are: Bachelors degree in relevant fields such as statistics, math, data science, etc. 7 years of relevant experience Expertise in SQL and Python Experience creating analytics, statistical models, and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Looker Experience merging data from multiple ...Analytics, Manager, Banking, Data
