Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources. Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors. Coordinate and oversee all on-site construction activities. Ensure that all work is completed to the required quality standards and in compliance with relevant regulations. Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure that project goals are being met. Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.
