Duties. Utilizing procedures, guidelines, policies, and standards performs function of a team leader or team member on assigned audits and assessments. As a team leader, independently and systematically plan audits/assessments including objectives and approach. As a team leader, coordinates, organizes, schedules, and distributes work for self and team to meet completion dates and commitments. Monitors team member activities; ensuring problems are identified and resolved to meet completion dates and commitments. As a team leader, reviews the identified problems and formulates audit / assessment findings accurately and effectively documents the results in an audit / assessment report for presentation to management. Oversee and observe assigned audit areas and monitor for performance deficiencies, providing feedback to the requisite levels of management.
