Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations. Assist with the education of the nursing team. Assist in the management of all nursing personnel and the administrative functions for the nursing department. Coordinating interdisciplinary team. Monitoring Infection rates and outbreaks. Assist in policy development and procedures for the facility Acts on the behalf of the Director of Nursing in their absence. Demonstrate the organizations commitment to sound ethical business practices as directed by the Corporate Compliance Office and approved by the Board of Trustees. Accountability for the human resource and outcome management for designated resident populations. What you will need:Required:A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of New York.
