In this position, you will support the Director of Admission by leading the admission counselor team, ensuring they are fully equipped to recruit effectively, build strong relationships, and guide students through the admission process. You will also oversee selected staff, coordinate counselor travel and recruitment events, manage data systems, and contribute to the development and implementation of the undergraduate recruitment plan.
