Manage and nurture partner relationships with a broad range of B 2 C and B 2 B companies that sign on to become (RED) partners. Fulfill the joint-value proposition for partners and (RED) by leading the internal (RED) team to drive value for partners and leading partner colleagues to recognize the value of partnering with (RED). Develop and lead global marketing and communications strategies with partners to deliver on (RED)s core objectives of maximizing contributions to the Global Fund, driving sales of (RED) products, and building awareness of the (RED) brand and partnerships. Evaluate the effectiveness of each partnership against their business and (RED)s core objectives, proactively making recommendations and changes to ensure objectives are being met. Mobilize the entire (RED) team to achieve partner and (RED) goals. Share partnership updates across channels and teams to ensure that (RED) employees are aware of, and active in, supporting the partnerships.
