THE DEPARTMENT/ DIVISION - The Administrative Services Technician position will be assigned to the Citys Risk Management Division, which is a part of the Administrative Services Department. The Risk Management Division is responsible for administering the Citys active and retiree group health benefits programs, self-insured general liability and workers compensation programs, the Citys safety program, and leaves of absence. Risk Management is comprised of a Manager, a Management Analyst who serves as the Citys Safety Officer, and an Administrative Services Technician.
