URBN is searching for an Assistant Recruiter to join the Home Office Talent Acquisition Team! The Assistant Recruiter will concentrate on attracting top talent in support of departments which are focused on Planning and Allocation, Supply Chain and Shared Services. This individual will partner with hiring managers across all of URBN's brands, including Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie, Free People, and Nuuly. The Assistant Recruiter must have keen assessment skills that permit them to work on a wide variety of positions at all levels. Role Responsibilities Lead 10-20 concurrent searches, owning the full talent acquisition lifecycle from kickoff to offer acceptance. Partner closely with hiring teams, human resources, and cross-functional departments to deliver strategic recruiting solutions. Build trusted relationships with Hiring Managers across URBN brands through weekly recruiting meetings and one-on-one consultations.
