EHS Coordinator

Bachelors degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field. In-depth understanding of environmental, health, and safety regulations and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and educate employees at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying potential risks. Proficiency in interpreting and applying regulatory standards to ensure compliance. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and influence positive behavioral changes. Experience with incident investigation techniques and root cause analysis. Technical knowledge and understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes, concepts, and methodologies. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Lean / Manufacturing industry expertise. Professional certifications in EHS (e.g., CSP, CHMM, CIH) and OSHA. At least three years of experience in EHS roles, with progressive responsibilities.
