We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Network Engineer to lead the architecture, deployment, and support of complex enterprise network infrastructures with a strong focus on Cisco technologies, Layer 3 routing, Layer 2 switching, and Layer 2 extension protocols (e.g., VXLAN, OTV, EVPN). This role requires deep technical expertise in Cisco hardware and software platforms as well as advanced knowledge of Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) for network access control and policy enforcement. As a key member of the network engineering team, you will design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient network solutions across on-premises data centers, and healthcare facilities in the Indianapolis area. The ideal candidate is a Cisco expert with proven experience leading enterprise-grade projects, optimizing performance, and ensuring secure and seamless connectivity across Layer 2/3 networks.
