Communicate with the designated person in charge of organizing the event to ensure travel schedules are coordinated based on the needs of the event, group, and College. Responsible for safely transporting various College groups to designated locations based on the specifications of the event. These events may be coordinated by athletic staff members, Student Government Association leaders, and/or other faculty and staff. Coordinate with the designated person in charge of the event to ensure travel schedules are accurate and updated, as needed. Arrive 30 minutes before the designated departure time to perform pre-trip inspection and complete travel-related forms according to established guidelines, identify any maintenance concerns, and ensure the cleanliness of the bus. Report any maintenance or other concerns to the person in charge of coordinating the event.
