Under the supervision of the Box Office Manager, the Night Manager will oversee the evening operations of Clayes Performing Arts Centers (CPAC) Box Office including sales, computerized functions, and cashier supervision. Responsible for becoming proficient with the CPAC Box Offices ticketing system (currently Theatre Manager) in ticketing andtroubleshooting. In addition to Box Office night management, the position is responsible for the efficient operation of all Front of House activities (approx. 200 paid events per year) associated with the Clayes Performing Arts Center in five different venues: Meng Concert Hall, Young Theatre, Hallberg Theatre, Little Theatre and Recital Hall, including training, and supervising of part-time graduate assistants and students; providing audience safety and emergency services; evaluating and implementing Front of House policies and procedures; house managing when necessary; coordinating with caterers, vendors and artists merchandisers.
