Job Summary : as primary server for all guests. Provide guest with exceptional service. Maintain high service standards. Restaurant : Lakeview - Upscale casual dining; We serve inspirational contemporary Mediterranean cuisine and beverage. Primary Duties and Functions :
- Input orders into a POS
- Serve guest following sequence of service
- Know menu items and any special circumstances in your station (VIPs, cakes, etc.)
- Get your station ready.
- Ensure tables are cleared for next course.
- Keep your station clean during the meal service period.
- In general, work to create a pleasant experience for your guests in all respects.
- Complete assigned side work
